Making Whitegates a 'Covid Safe' Nursery

We have put in place safety measures, in consultation with government guidelines and the Horticultural Trade Association.

These include:
- intensive ‘Covid Safe’ staff training
- new separate customer entrance
- hand sanitiser at entrance
- ‘Queue Marshalls’ to manage & restrict customers entering
- sanitising handles on customer trollies & baskets
- encouraging no more than 2 customers per trolley
- screens at till area
- preferring cards rather than cash for payment
- 2m floor markings & signs
- one way customer flow in some areas
- regular deep cleaning throughout the nursery

 

The Nursery is fully stocked and is looking beautiful
